    Request for use of Veterans Memorial Auditorium located at 233 West 6th Street, Marysville, Ohio.
  • We are delighted you're interested in hosting your event at Veterans Memorial Auditorium, a beautiful auditorium with seating for 610. Your rental supports our mission to entertain, educate, and enrich the lives of people in Union County.

    Veterans Memorial Auditorium has a set of standard rental rates below, but each rental is handled individually based on your event needs. Your application will help inform our team with the information needed to calculate an accurate rental estimate.  


    UCAC Members
    1 Day Rate $500.00
    2 Day Rate $750.00
    3 Day Rate $1,000.00
    *Rehearsal Times Included. [Rehearsals must be scheduled Monday through Saturday between 5pm and 10pm, unless otherwise approved by Executive Director]

    Non-Profit Organizations
    1 Day Rate $750.00
    2 Day Rate $1,000.00
    3 Day Rate $1,250.00
    *Rehearsal Times Included. [Rehearsals must be scheduled Monday through Saturday between 5pm and 10pm, unless otherwise approved by Executive Director]

    For-Profit Organizations
    1 Day Rate $1,000.00
    2 Day Rate $1,250.00
    3 Day Rate $1,500.00

    School/Educational Institution
    $75.00/hr [3 hour minimum]
    $350.00/day
    *Not to exceed $1,000.00/week

    Non-Profit “Meeting/Conference” Rate
    $75.00/hr [3 hour minimum]

    For-Profit “Meeting/Conference” Rate
    $100.00/hr [3 hour minimum]

    Additional Costs:
    Lighting/Sound Personnel: $25.00/hour [4 hour minimum]
    Additional Technicians: $25.00/hour [4 hour minimum]

    This application is the first step in the process to having your event at Veterans Memorial Auditorium.  The Avalon Theatre will reach out to the email entered with any additional questions or clarifications and a rental estimate for you within 3 business days of your submission.

    Share your needs with us. If your event aligns with the mission of The Avalon Theatre and the Union County Arts Council, we may be able to offer marketing support at an additional charge. The Avalon Theatre team will determine which events qualify for marketing assistance.
