  • WeLead Christian Learning Center Employment Application

  • Hello!

We are excited that you want to seek employment at WeLead Christian Learning Center! This letter outlines the steps that our paid staff take in order to serve in the Children’s Ministry.

Our highest goal in WeLead Christian Learning Center is to share the love of Christ with kiddos. We do that by providing structure and most importantly a safe and secure environment. Our aim is that children are well cared for and parents can feel confident when they entrust their kids to us. The heart behind this ministry is to serve families and children.

STEP 1: Fill out the following online application and submit.

STEP 2: Those applying for a paid position will be called for an interview only if the applicant’s qualifications/skill set is deemed a good fit for our open positions.

STEP 3: We place great value on safety in the learning center at WLCLC. Due to this high value, we require all paid staff to undergo two parts of training.  The first part is online training on abuse awareness. The second part of training is specific to the role where staff members will be working and will be held in person with the Director. This is a necessary part of working in the Center so that we can ensure a safe environment for our children and maintain a level of excellence in the care that we provide.

We thank you in advance for your time and your willingness to work at WeLead Christian Learning Center. Your service and your time are of great value to us as we strive to love on and provide care to children and families.

    Thank you!

    Laneace Lee

    WLCLC Director

  • DOCTRINAL STATEMENT

The following are statements we believe at WeLead Christian Learning Center.

    The Bible
That The Bible Is The Inspired, Infallible, Inerrant Word Of God In Its Original Text And That It Is The Sole Authority In All Matters Of Faith, Life And Practice:

    One God
That There Is One God, Eternally Existing In Three Persons; God, The Father; God, The Son; And God, The Holy Spirit. These Three Are Co-Equal And Have Distinct Personalities:

    Jesus
That The Lord Jesus Christ Is The Eternal Son Of God, That He Was Conceived By The Holy Spirit, Born Of A Virgin, Lived A Sinless Life, Wrought Signs, Wonders And Miracles, Was Crucified, Died For The Sins Of Mankind, Shed His Blood, Was Buried, Rose Bodily From The Dead On The Third Day, Ascended To The Right Hand Of God, The Father, And Will, Soon, Personally Return In Power And In Glory To Receive His Bride, The Church, The Body Of Christ:

    Holy Spirit
In The Personal And Present Work And Ministry Of The Holy Spirit, Who, In Addition To Being The Operating Agent In The Redemption Of Mankind, Is Also The Superintendent Of The Church And The Comforter Of The Believer. The Holy Spirit Also Convicts Of Sin, And, By Whose Indwelling, Enables Christians To Live Sanctified, Holy, Pure, Righteous, Godly And Victorious Lives, And By Whom The Church, The Body Of Christ, Is Empowered To Fulfill The Great Commission:

    Man
That Man Was Created As A Direct Act Of God And Was Without Sin, Made In The Image And Likeness Of God, But That, Through Disobedience, Man Fell And Became Depraved In Nature, Sinful In Conduct, Spiritually Dead And Lost:
