Tattoo Booking Form & Policies

Hello! Thank you so much for your booking inquiry:) Please allow 24-72 hours to process your request. You will get an email response from Briannadicksonart@gmail.com. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR RESPONSE :) If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to reach out to me through email. Please read carefully as the information below is important for the booking process.(I know it's long, please forgive me) At the bottom of this is the Booking Form that you will need to fill out to set up an appointment!  DEPOSITS- A deposit will be required to book. The deposit is $150 down which will come off the total price of the tattoo! CASH IS Preferred day of appointment but not required. I will require the deposit the day you set the appointment, or within 24 hours of setting the appointment, or your spot may be given to someone else! I will be allowing one given reschedule, but be aware that any reschedule after that may result in forfeit of your appointment and deposit. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE!!! If you book multiple sessions you will be required to pay a $150 deposit for each required session. If you do not give me any notice or NO SHOW your appointment you will be expected to pay a new deposit along with a additional $150 NO SHOW fee before you are allowed to rebook. POLICIES- You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed. You must present your ID the day of your appointment or YOU WILL NOT GET TATTOOED.  NO CHILDREN. You are allowed ONE GUEST. If you are sick please reschedule ahead of time! I require AT LEAST a 48 hour notice for reschedules. If you reschedule past the mark, another deposit will be required. You are allowed ONE reschedule. Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are running late, please let me know ahead of time and I can work with you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be considered a no show. If you do not show up to your appointment or arrive too late, your deposit will be forfeited, and can not be returned or used for another appointment. If you book a large tattoo and for some reason you can not sit for it, you are still expected to pay the remainder that is left, and you must pay an additional rate to finish the piece. Thank you for reading through all of my policies! DESIGNS- When filling out the form keep in mind that giving me creative freedom gives me the ability to create something for you. I will do my absolute best to give you what you want:) That being said I do not show the design before the day of the appointment. Please fill out the booking form with all of the specifics and be clear to make sure I design exactly what you're looking for. If there are any minor changes to the design the day of I can always adjust that for you. Please know that any major changes made to the design the day of your appointment will result in a last minute reschedule in order for me to redraw the design for you. PLEASE keep in mind I do not do coverups!!
