Mentor Criteria & Application

To be considered as a Mentor, individuals must:
- Must be employed with a current AAA member company.
- Have a minimum of five years of experience in the multifamily industry.
- Identify and describe skills or expertise that could be shared with a mentee and a desire to support a mentee.
- Able to commit to the program for a minimum of one year after being paired with a mentee.
- Communicate with the mentee quarterly.
  - Initiate the first meeting with paired mentee.
- Communicate and be responsive with the AAA staff liaison.
- Participation in program related meetings and events.
- Must be willing to provide feedback on the IYP Program to assist in ongoing and/or future development.
- Submit a completed application.
