Ground Rules...
This is as low tech as it gets, but I'm trying to pass on some baller savings to you. Please pay attention throughout the form.
Colors
Must be a color number from Dunn Edwards - do not use Home Depot or Lowes. Dunn Edwards will match HD/Lowe's colors and give you a DE equivalent if you take it in.
How Much Paint Do I Need?
General Rule of thumb is a gallon of paint covers 300-400 sq ft. So for a 10x10' room with 8' ceilings, you can expect 1 gallon to cover the walls for one coat. Typically you want one coat of primer and two coats of paint for both interior and exterior.
What Sheen Do I Choose?
Sheens are chosen for you according to what professionals use but can be changed upon request. Ex. Walls are eggshell, ceilings are flat, trim is semi-gloss - these are best practices.
Does Dunn Edwards do Paint/Primer Combo?
No. When you combine the two, it just becomes mediocre at both.
How long is this form?
There are about 7 "pages" but they're really short and trying to walk you through the process. You'll know when you're done when you're entering credit card information.
