Homeschooling* This field is required.Branch is a homeschool co-op. We are not a private school. Although we provide daily instruction, ultimately you will be responsible for your child's education. This includes completing work on home days (assigned by the classroom teacher), registering and maintaining a homeschool license and expectations through NC, and paying tuition or volunteering, or both. Is this something that you are willing to commit to for the entire school year? Please acknowledge below

Your Schooling History* This field is required.It is important to us that we be able to meet the individual needs of your students. Because of this, we must know some specific things about them. What kinds of environments has your child been educated in? Have you ever been asked to leave any programs at all? Have you ever chosen to leave a program before it was completed? Does your child have any difficulties with learning? Do they have trouble controlling their reactions when angry or frustrated? It so much harder for all involved if we don't know a full picture upfront. We WANT to help and walk with you. Please take a moment to give us an honest assessment of where your student's struggles and excels:

Financial Commitment* This field is required.The financial commitment that you are agreeing to with Branch Christian Academy is vital to the success of our year. We have made the tuition as low as possible, as we have never wanted finances to be our focus. The tuition is required to be paid at regular intervals. You can choose from annually, quarterly or monthly, whatever works best for your family. We are asking parents to commit to praying monthly about making an additional donation to Branch. Withdrawing a student from our program puts a financial burden on us, which hits us hard, because of our low tuition. If you are choosing to withdraw your family, You must give a 30 day notice and pay the full amount due for that month. After that payment is made, you are required to pay 25% of the remaining account balance. In order to re-enroll with us, you will have to pay the entire account balance. We are unable to issue refunds at any point, for any reason. Volunteer opportunities are readily available to help you cover your tuition. If you are struggling TELL US. We need to know. Don't just not pay. If you do not communicate, and do not pay, you will not be able to stay at Branch. Please acknowledge below that you understand your commitment.

Sharing the Load* This field is required.With us being a homeschool co-op, we LOVE parent participation. The majority of our teachers are homeschool parents and grandparents. This might be something that you are interested in! Or maybe you want to help at recess once a month, clean the bathrooms after school, help us build something, etc. Maybe you are able to make financial donations to different projects. Everyone has a role, and all of us are invaluable to what is happening at Branch. How do you plan on adding to the Branch in the area of service? What areas do you plan on volunteering in, or what contribution, besides tuition, will you be making at Branch?

Unexpected Situations* This field is required.At Branch, we are not perfect, just human. Things will undoubtedly come up that we will have to face. As we grow in this relationship together, we ask some things from not only parents, but teachers, staff, students, etc. Do not gossip. Do not complain. Communicate! We want to resolve things, even if it's hard. We will all always have room to grow in this area. All of us. So, do your part in maintaining the unity of our family by being willing to have the hard conversations. If it is something that needs additional assistance, come to leadership! If you mess up and break this expectation, just make it right and continue on! We are here to help. Is this something that you can commit to?
