What Constitute a Behavior Incident:
A Behavior incident includes, but is not limited to:
- Disrupting activities or refusing to follow instructions
- Disrespectful language or actions toward peers or staff
- Physical aggression or unsafe behavior
- Bullying,teasing, or exclusionary behavior
- Damaging property or materials
Consequences for Repeated Behavioral Incidents:
1 First Incident: Verbal warning and redirection. The particpant will be Reminder of expectations and given a chance to adjust their behavior.
2 Second incident: Written/email Warning center the parent or guardian including a description of the behavior and the steps taken.
3 Third Incident: One- day/session suspension from the program. the participant may return after the suspension of behavior improves.
4 Fourth Incident: Dismiss her from the program without refund due to continue disruptive behavior and failure to meet behavior expectations. By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the behavioral expectations outlined above and agree to support a respectful, inclusive will result in progressive consequences as determined by Best Version of You Life Coach and Mentoring LLC.
