We ask parents fill out a First Kids registration form (one per child) each school year and to sign in and sign out each Sunday/Wednesday/Event to insure their child's safety. This yearly form helps us to keep the most updated information on your child and to allow us to not have to ask as much information when you register for events. A door entry code that can be used on Sundays will be sent to all parents who register.
