Contract For Services
• DJ agrees to perform DJ services at said time and
date in exchange for said price.
• In the unlikely event that DJ cannot make it to the
event (illness, emergency, etc.), DJ will make every
effort to find a suitable replacement, as agreed upon
by purchaser OR a full refund of payments made will
be issued to purchaser.(DEPOSITS ARE NON
REFUNDABLE)
• In the extreme and highly unlikely event that event
is to be canceled, at least 30 days notice must given
to DJ. If, at least, 30 days notice is not given, total
balance is to be made to DJ by the originally
scheduled date of the event, regardless.
• If event is postponed, purchaser may work with DJ
to come up with an alternative date. If there is no
alternative date that fits both parties’ schedules, total
payment must still be made by the originally
scheduled date of the event to account for DJ’s
schedule losses.
