SET-UP, TEAR-DOWN AND PARKING
New to the 2024 Sunshine Festival: The Sunshine Market will be located inside a large tent erected on the asphalt adjacent to the north side of the Guy Cole Center. Our plan is to create a festive shopping atmosphere within the large tent with twinkly lights, a welcome table, desirable vendors, and family-friendly activities, and have a continuous flow of foot traffic between the large tent and the Guy Cole Center. Live music will be piped out of the Guy Cole Center to create cohesion between the two structures. Food and beverage vendors will be located around and inside the Guy Cole Center.
The entire perimeter around the Guy Cole Center will be designated parking for vendors, performers, and ADA parking only. A vendor/performer parking pass will be provided prior to the event and will be required for entry on March 4. Tear-down is not permitted before 7:00 PM. Vendors are asked to have all products ready for loading and to break down their booth completely before bringing their vehicle
into loading zones. Each Vendor is responsible for their own set-up and tear-down. Each Vendor must provide their own tables and chairs. The Market Manager will help you find your set-up area, but is not required to help you set up or tear down. During vending hours all vehicles should be parked in the designated vendor parking area. Note: Time will be set aside on Friday, March 1 to begin set-up of vendor booths.
RENT FEES, DISPLAYS, AND SIGNAGE
Flat Rate of $75 per vendor space (approx. 10’ X 10’). Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs. Payment is required in advance by Friday, February 9, 2024. Vendors are responsible for their display and signage. You may display information about your merchandise or business only. No other sign, petition, poster, or other printed material is allowed to be distributed or displayed.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS
The Committee will make every effort to accommodate a vendor’s booth placement needs and preferences. However, we reserve the right to give priority in booth assignments based on vendor type and accessibility need, and to make last minute changes as necessary.
