To be considered as a Mentee, individuals must:
- Must be employed with a current AAA member company.
- Describe a general learning or professional development focus.
- Able to commit to the program for a minimum of one year after being paired with a mentor.
- Communicate and be responsive with:
  - your paired mentor on a quarterly basis.
  - AAA staff liaison.
- Participation in program related meetings and events.
- Must be willing to provide feedback on the IYP Program to assist in ongoing and/or future development.
- Submit a completed application.
