A 50% deposit of the total cost and signature of the terms and conditions form is required to complete booking.
Remaing fee is due 1 week before scheduled pickup date or your order won't be completed.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable but can transferable if the booking is cancelled before 4 weeks of the original pickup date.
I acknowledge there is a field in the inquiry form to enter any possible allergies.
If you would like to change any details of your booking, please call/text at least 4 weeks before the scheduled pickup date.
Inspiration photos can be submitted for reference but may not be mimicked 100%. Sweet Balloon will use its best artistic judgment to ensure the product looks good.
Any issues with the purchased product must be discussed at time of setup or pickup.
Setup locations greater than 15 miles away may result in an increased delivery fee.
Bookings scheduled less than or equal to 3 weeks out from event date may result in a rush fee.
Balloons placed in direct sunlight may pop or shrink due to heat exposure.
