I authorize The Presidents Club Barber Shop, LLC, to charge Membership payments to the credit/debit card I have provided. By signing this agreement, I understand I will pay $45.00 + 3.99% card processing fee* today and once a month on the 1st until canceled. (Please note, this is your inception monthly payment only, your recurring payments need to be set up in person, so please bring your card with you to your appointment) *To avoid the fee you may pay upfront for 12 month in cash, all credit cards used in-house have the same fee.

Cancellation Policy for appointments: Cancel for free up to 2 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged 100%

Membership cancellations can be made in person by completing a cancellation form or by written request to info@presidentsbarberclub.com at least 3 business days before the 1st; otherwise, one final payment will be processed before cancellation is completed.

Member monthly credits accrue and don't expire for active members. If you cancel, you will have 90 days to use unused credits. The Presidents Club Barber Shop, LLC reserves the right to revise or change this agreement at any time with written notification.
