2) I understand that a position as Game Leader or Mentor can only be attained after completing all the course and eligibility requirements, and only after after being approved by BDFC and/or Football Canterbury.
3) I understand that the role of Mentor/Supervisor is crucial and i will be able to support my child as Mentor/Supervisor on their game (for children 12 and younger)
