We do not offer full refunds on any orders. A partial refund of up to 50% may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon review of the order.

Social Media & Promotional Rights

Karma Returns, LLC. reserves the right to use the final design for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media posting, starting 5 days after the design is finalized and confirmed. If you have concerns about the timing of a specific launch, please notify us in writing before design approval.
