2023 AGM Annual General Meeting

Colac Kindness Network Inc. would like to invite and welcome its Members and Invited Guests to our 2023 Annual General Meeting.

Due to a number of personal reasons, many of our Members are unable to attend a meeting in person at this present time, therefore under the rules of The Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (the Act), we have opted for an online meeting.

DATE: Friday 17th November 2023
TIME: 10:30am

PLACE: via ZOOM online

AGM will be approx 30-40 minutes.

Please RSVP no later than 48 hours prior to our Meeting date. This is in order to email you documentation that will need to be read prior to the meeting, a Proxy form, Member Nomination Form, plus your ZOOM Meeting attendance link.

Please note:
- the Member Nomination form has a deadline. All Member Nominations need to be submitted before Saturday 11th November, 11:59pm.
- the Proxy Form also has a deadline. Any request for a Proxy needs to be received no later than 24 hours prior to meeting commencement via email.
