My coaching is for you if you are:

✅ Ready to be coached, supported, and held accountable
✅ Wanting to lose fat, gain muscle, get stronger in the gym, and/or work on improving your nutrition
My coaching is not for you if you are:
❌ Under 25
❌ Looking for a quick fix or fad diet
❌ Not in a position to invest in yourself
