    At Kinetics, we don't do cookie-cutter plans. I work 1:1 with clients to ensure that they achieve long-term, sustainable results. My coaching is designed for individuals who are ready to do the work and make a change.

    My coaching is for you if you are:

    ✅ Willing to put in the work
    ✅ Ready to be coached, supported, and held accountable
    ✅ Wanting to lose fat, gain muscle, get stronger in the gym, and/or work on improving your nutrition

    My coaching is not for you if you are:

    ❌ Under 25
    ❌ Looking for a quick fix or fad diet
    ❌ Not in a position to invest in yourself

    Keep in mind, coaching spots are capped each month. I believe in providing high level of quality to all of my clients, so I must limit the amount of clients that I take on due to the high demand.
