We are looking for a talented and driven individual to manage and optimize ad campaigns to increase results for our clients in the high-ticket B2C coaching space and contributing to their continuous growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leverage your expertise in paid advertising platforms such as Facebook/Instagram Ads (primary) and Google Ads, and other platforms (beneficial but not required).
- Be proficient in all standard SaaS platforms used at the workspace: Google Docs, Sheets, Asana, Slack, Jotform, etc.
- Dive deep into campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and enhance campaign performance.
- Efficiently manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources and deliver maximum ROI for clients.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, discussing campaign progress, results, and optimization strategies. Act as a trusted advisor on media buying matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in advertising platforms, and emerging technologies. Apply this knowledge to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Facebook Media Buyer with a track record of successful campaigns and numbers behind.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices on running paid ads.
HOURS:
The company operates in Central Eastern Summer Time.
SALARY:
Base salary with variable compensation tied to the profitability of clients.
Variable compensation is after a 90-day "test-drive" period.
