Wrap gifts for our guest families
BIKE ASSEMBLY:
Assemble bicycles in advance of event, and add training wheels if needed on the day of the event
NOTE WRITING:
Provide hand-written notes on Christmas cards that will be given to our guests
Pre-Party Setup:
Help with advance preparations for the event by covering and prepping tables
HOME DELIVERY:
Day of Event: Saturday, December 13
Help with delivering gifts and bikes to the homes of our guests (LARGE VEHICLE NEEDED)
PARKING:
Day of Event: Saturday, December 13, from 9:30am-12:30pm
Help direct traffic and coordinate parking for the event
TABLE HOSTS:
Day of Event: Saturday, December 13, from 9:30am-1:30pm
Welcome our guests, engage in meaningful conversation, and make them feel wanted and loved; assist in loading gifts into their car, and helping to transport gifts to their home if necessary
FOOD SERVICE:
Day of Event: Saturday, December 13
Help set up and serve breakfast to our guest families
CLEAN-UP/TEAR-DOWN:
Day of Event: Saturday, December 13, from 12:30pm-3:30pm
Help to tear down and clean all event areas in preparation for Sunday services
PRAYER ROOM:
Day of Event: Saturday, December 13, from 9:30pm-12:30pm
Help to pray for families who request prayer during the party
FAMILY GREETERS:
Day of Event: Saturday, December 13 beginning at 9:30am
Help welcome the families as they arrive and assist them with the Photo Booth and get them to their table host
