1. I fully acknowledge that this course is designed for therapists residing within the United Kingdom.
2. I also acknowledge that I am a therapist working within the United Kingdom.
3. If I am not a therapist working with United Kingdom, I have informed the course provider to discuss my options and possible implications of taking the course. If I am not happy that the course meets my needs I may withdraw before committing to any financial obligation.
4. If the course does not meet my expectations I have 14 days in which to cancel the course and I will be eligible for a 50% refund of all fees.
5. I fully acknowledge that any work I provide is entirely my own, and that any external sources have been properly referenced. I understand that providing any information that is not properly referenced will be considered as plagiarism and this will result in my immediate expulsion from the course without the possibility of a refund.
6. I acknowledge that I have three months to complete this course as of the date on this form. If I require an extension I will contact the course provider to arrange this.
7. If I am required to resubmit I am allowed to do so up to 3 times. I understand that upon each resubmission I will be provided with detailed feedback as to how to improve my work to obtain a passing grade.
8. If I do not complete the course within those specified three times, I may undertake a fresh application of the course and this will include an additional payment of a separate course
9. I understand that when undertaking this course that the data protection act and GDPR legislation are in full effect. I understand that my data will be kept for seven years, and that certain information, such as grades and certificates will be kept for that duration for the purposes of external moderation in a secure location.
10. The learner will have full ownership and copyright over any work they produce.
