SUFFOLK EARTH AND ARTS FESTIVAL

The Suffolk Earth & Arts Festival returns to Downtown Suffolk on April 24, 2027, for its biggest year yet! The expanded festival will feature artists and makers, live music, plant sales, environmental and community organizations, family-friendly activities, and more!

We’re grateful to everyone who has participated in the Suffolk Earth & Arts Festival in the past! Please remember that previous participation does not guarantee a space at this year’s event. Each year, vendors are selected through a new juried application process to ensure a fresh, diverse, and balanced festival experience.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION ENDS ON DECEMBER 1, 2026. A DECISION NOTIFICATION (ACCEPTANCE OR DENIAL) WILL BE EMAILED BY DECEMBER 11, 2026.

Vendor Fee Information

A single space is 12' x 12'

A double space is 12' x 24'

- Early Bird (ends on Dec. 1, 2026): $100 single / $200 double

- Early Bird Food Vendor Registration (ends on Dec. 1, 2026): $150 single / $250 double

- Late Registration (Dec. 2, 2026–Mar. 1, 2027): $150 single / $300 double

- Late Food Vendor Registration (Dec. 2, 2026–Mar. 1, 2027): $200 single / $350 double

Limited double spaces available upon request. Anything larger please reach out.

Payment Information

Payment should be submitted only after your application has been processed and you receive an acceptance email from the Suffolk Art League. A DECISION NOTIFICATION (ACCEPTANCE OR DENIAL) WILL BE EMAILED BY DECEMBER 11, 2026.

Food and vendors with animals are required to have a COI.
