- User Conduct: You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner while using the Marketplace.
- Transactions: You acknowledge that transactions on the Marketplace are conducted directly between users. The Marketplace is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from transactions.
- Fees: Any fees or charges associated with the use of the Marketplace will be clearly communicated to users. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Marketplace.
- Privacy: Your use of the Marketplace is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Marketplace, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of disputes or disagreements with other users or the Marketplace, you agree to resolve them in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in our policies.
- FFM Agent/Broker: You (client) give permission and allow the FFM Agent/Broker known as Delta Accounting & Insurance Service Inc. Insurance Agents to assist with your marketplace application and view and edit your information in the marketplace online portal/site.
Termination:
The Marketplace reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform for violation of these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.
