We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented individuals to join our Internet Fulfillment team in our Boise store as seasonal employees. As a member of the Internet Fulfillment team, you will handle our end-to-end online order processes including order pulling, packaging, shipping, and location management. We carry all the top brands from Nike and Hoka to Vortex and Sitka! If a permanent position becomes available, we hire from our group of seasonal employees first so this is a great way to get your foot in the door! This is a seasonal position from November to December.
Key Responsibilities
- Uses technology to locate products on the sales floor and back stock areas
- Manages locations for products not on the sales floor
- Packages completed sales orders
- Processes packaged orders through available shipping services
- Participates in the continuous process of improvement activities
- Fulfilling in-store pickup orders
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to lift and move packages, as well as perform other physical tasks related to fulfillment.
- Fast learner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sense of urgency, full of energy, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- The ability to work with a team is mandatory.

Required
- Required to work major sale events, most weekends, and holidays including Black Friday and the days leading up to Christmas.
- Must be able to work on your feet for the whole shift.
- Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs.
