Deposit- A $100 deposit is required to book your appointment. There is a $3.10 processing fee. A deposit form link (PayPal) will be sent to your email when I am ready to book you. Your deposit will come off the total price of your tattoo so it is not an extra cost, but it is non refundable and non transferable. You will forfeit your deposit if you reschedule more than once, no call no show, if you cancel your appointment or give less than 48 hr notice to reschedule.* This field is required.You will see these again on the deposit form if you are selected.

In the event of a no call no show, rescheduling maximum, cancellation of your appointment, or you give less than 48 hr notice to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeit as compensation for my time and you will need to put down another deposit to re-book your appointment.* This field is required.As a policy I do not contact no call no shows. I do not send out any designs. Your appointment time includes any minor changes you would like to make to your design if possible. If you would like to make any major changes, we may need to reschedule depending on time, but you will not be pressured into getting a design you don't want. This requires trust, but trust is necessary for me to feel comfortable tattooing you. I draw for all appointments the evening before. I have 1-3 appointments a day, 4 days a week so please do not email me or my assistant asking to see the design before hand. If you do not trust that I can create a design you will love first try, please understand I may not be the right artist for you.* This field is required.

Tattoo Style- Listed below are the only styles that I will tattoo. They are more limited than in the past. If you do not see the style you are interested in below, I do not tattoo in that style. If you choose black and grey we will discuss darkness and types of shading. For example: I do not do realism (things that look real), or water color (splashes of color, paint strokes, etc.).* This field is required.

Gimme the deets. Please give a brief description (see example in box below) of the piece you want. As I stated earlier the way I draw does not change only the subject matter does. NOTE: your reference photos may not be in the order you attached and don’t have titles them so don’t use numerical descriptions or names. Please use descriptors. Please do not trauma dump here in the form. I create each piece with the same amount of care no matter the meaning. I go through so many of these forms at one time and it’s often very emotionally draining if too many people write sad stories here.
