• Wellspring Informational Meeting

  • Greetings! Wellspring Homeschool Community will be holding an informational meeting for families interested in our Monday afternoon co-op program.  The meeting will be on Friday, Aug. 14th, at 2 p.m. at the Madison County Public Library in Richmond.

We would love for you to come hear about how our group operates, our class descriptions and costs, and for you to be able to ask any questions you might have of us so that you can see if what we have to offer is a good fit for your family.

Registration for the 2026 fall semester won't happen until mid August. Until our current families register at that time, and we can see who plans on returning and who has made other plans, we won't be able to determine where we might have room to add new families.  But, attending a meeting adds you to our waiting list, and we will do our best to find spaces for each family on that list.

All families interested in joining Wellspring for co-op classes must attend an informational meeting before any potential open spaces are offered ahead of the next semester. The meeting should run about an hour, but could possibly run over that time a little. The main parent/guardian who would be on site during co-op meeting days is asked to come.

Any updates or changes affecting the meeting will be communicated through the email address/phone number you provide on this form. If you should have any questions before the meeting, you may email us at: admin@wellspringhomeschool.com.

Also, be sure to check out our website's FAQ page and other pages for helpful information and resources ahead of the meeting:  https://www.wellspringhomeschool.com/co-op-faq

    Looking forward to meeting you!

    Kind regards,

    Tae Scott-Smith and Jenna Newell
