TERMS & CONDITIONS
STYLE OF MARKET - This market is aimed more specifically at growers (of food & flower products) and makers (craft & clothes). Depending on site demand, we will only be accepting one type of each market. If two parties of a similar product (earrings for example) both agree that competition is good, then we will accept the second stallholder.
SITE ALLOCATION - Please select a site number from the map below. If your products need extra shade, please select note The Cattle Shed in the space provided. Otherwise, you may select a site number
BUMP IN – A single access point will be via the ornate black gates at 22 McBryde Street, Horsham which will open at 9am Sunday, February 25th for stallholders. All operators must be checked in and ready to serve at 12noon.
BUMP OUT – Pack up from 5pm to be vacated by 7pm. The event is promoted as opening from 12.00 noon til 7pm, but that's directed more towards the food trucks.
WAITING LIST – A waiting list will be taken if interest exceeds expectation. We will however, open up a second section if needed. (See map).
SOCIAL MEDIA - Please upload a photo of your business logo, product (below) etc for us to use on our socials. We will tag all vendors and as such expect you will support the event by sharing our posts and adding your own content. Hashtag #150kmfeast2024
SECURITY – Vendors are responsible for securing their property adequately, as well as the personal property of their employees, as the Horsham Agricultural Society inc. accepts no responsibility for damage or theft.
LOSS OR DAMAGE - The Horsham Agricultural Society will not under any circumstances be held responsible for any loss of or damage to the stock in trade, etc. or any part thereof. The Society will not be liable to pay the vendor any compensation, whether on the grounds of loss of profit or otherwise, or refund any money paid by the vendor in respect of such cancellation.
INDEMNITY - The Horsham Agricultural Society will not be responsible for any accident which may be caused through or by the vendor or which may happen in connection with his/her business & the vendor shall indemnify the Horsham Agricultural Society against any legal proceedings arising from every such accident.
PUBLIC LIABILITY - CERTIFICATE OF CURRENCY - A copy of your current Public Liability Policy must be uploaded with the application form, covering the date of the event.
POWERED SITES - Sites 3, 5 and the indoor sites are the only powered sites. They are 10amp plugs. All electrical cables are to be positioned so that they do not create a hazard.
GENERAL CONDITIONS - All vendors at the 150km Feast's Makers & Growers Market are required to cooperate with the Horsham Agricultural Society Inc. committee to ensure that they work in a healthy and safe environment.
