TERMS & CONDITIONS
STYLE OF MARKET - The 150km Feast Shed Market is the prelude to the 150km Feast Food Truck & Wine Festival at the Maydale Reserve (Horsham Showgrounds).
The day kicks off at 10am with a market, offering fresh local produce like fresh meat, vegetables, honey, food condiments, fresh baked good, giftware and other treasures to showcase the talent of the region’s growers, makers and suppliers. It will be located inside The Cattle Shed to provide plenty of shade for stall holders and shoppers.
Entry to the Market is free for shoppers and it goes til 'after lunch' depending on trade. If you want to stay til 2pm, you're welcome. If you want to stay longer you can.
At 12 o'clock, we'll open the shed door and people can spill out onto the lawns to participate in the 150km Feast Food Truck & Wine Festival. Entry to that event is $10 pre-booked or $15 at the door.
SITE ALLOCATION - Sites will be unallocated inside The Cattle Shed.
BUMP IN – Entry will be at 22 McBryde Street, Horsham which will open at 8am Sunday, February 23rd for stallholders. An unloading zone is close by and our groundsperson will be on site to direct you. All operators must be checked in by 9.30am ready to serve at 10am. You will notice on the map below BASECAMP. As of 31 January, we became the Basecamp for 350 firefighters who are working in the region to put out the bushfires. They may or may not be here on February 23. So we're going with the theory they will still be here! So we are working around each other, while working together!
BUMP OUT – Pack up from 1pm is being offered but you may wish to stay longer, considering you've made the effort to unpack everything! We will be able to give your more specific directions for pack up on the day.
SOCIAL MEDIA - Please upload a photo of your business logo, product (below) etc for us to use on our socials. We will tag all vendors and as such expect you will support the event by sharing our posts and adding your own content. Hashtag #150kmfeast2025
SECURITY – Vendors are responsible for securing their property adequately, as well as the personal property of their employees, as the Horsham Agricultural Society inc. accepts no responsibility for damage or theft.
LOSS OR DAMAGE - The Horsham Agricultural Society will not under any circumstances be held responsible for any loss of or damage to the stock in trade, etc. or any part thereof. The Society will not be liable to pay the vendor any compensation, whether on the grounds of loss of profit or otherwise, or refund any money paid by the vendor in respect of such cancellation.
INDEMNITY - The Horsham Agricultural Society will not be responsible for any accident which may be caused through or by the vendor or which may happen in connection with his/her business & the vendor shall indemnify the Horsham Agricultural Society against any legal proceedings arising from every such accident.
PUBLIC LIABILITY - CERTIFICATE OF CURRENCY - A copy of your current Public Liability Policy must be uploaded with the application form, covering the date of the event.
POWERED SITES - There are only 6 powered sites available. First in best dressed! All electrical cables are to be positioned so that they do not create a hazard.
GENERAL CONDITIONS - All vendors at the 150km Feast's Market in Maydale are required to cooperate with the Horsham Agricultural Society Inc. committee to ensure that they work in a healthy and safe environment.
