    FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL 28th FEBRUARY, 2026
  • THE 150KM FEAST HAS A NEW CONCEPT

    Since its inception in 2021, the 150km Feast has been on a journey to define its unique spirit and in 2026, the perfect blend has been found. For the first time ever, the Feast's two cornerstone events—the Food Truck & Wine Festival and Dinner Under the Stars—will unite on a single day, bringing together day and night in a seamless, vibrant celebration. This new format infuses the festival with a shared energy and truly brings the founding vision of the 150km Feast to life.

    Day patrons will be coming in from 12.30pm and closing time is 11pm and as the 150km Feast is licensed, we will also be running a general bar in The Poultry Shed, to cater for long stayers.  You are not expected to stay that late of course.  As the Dinner Under the Stars guests arrive from 5pm directly through The Poultry Shed, they begin their journey in there with a grazing table and complimentary champagne.  There they can browse your stall and we will be offering a store locker for their purchases to collect the next day.  They will be seated at 6pm, so this will be your cue to pack up and leave.  Exit will be through the double doors of the Poultry Shed and you can bring your vehicles closer to the shed to pack into.  You can then exit via the back gate for traffic management ease.  Alternatively, you can stay for the remainder of the festival.  Grab something to eat from a food truck, enjoy a glass of wine til 8pm, sit back and listen to the live music.  (You don't have to pay an entry fee!)

    SITE ALLOCATION & FEES - First in The Poultry Shed is best dressed!  There's only 6 sites, so it's an exclusive spot however, if more demand exceeds this, we can spill out onto the lawns amongst the wineries.  Sites are $55 including a trestle or more.  An additional $22 per power point if required.  

    BUMP IN – Entry will be via the end of McBain Street, Horsham which will open at 9am Sunday, February 28th for operators.   See the map below regarding accessability.  All operators must be ready to serve by 12.30pm.  Gates will close by 12pm.

    BUMP OUT – After 6pm as described above. 

    SOCIAL MEDIA - Please upload a photo of your business logo, product (below) etc for us to use on our socials.  We will tag all vendors and would appreciate you tagging us in your socials.  Once we have received your application, we will send you a 'photo' which we'd like you to use in your socials.  Add your own content.  Hashtag #150kmfeast 

    WAITING LIST – A waiting list will be taken if interest exceeds expectation. Therefore, it’s first in best dressed.  We will issue refunds if you miss the boat!

    SECURITY – Vendors are responsible for securing their property adequately, as well as the personal property of their employees, the Horsham Agricultural Society inc. accepts no responsibility for damage or theft.  

    LOSS OR DAMAGE - The Horsham Agricultural Society will not under any circumstances be held responsible for any loss of or damage to the stock in trade, etc. or any part thereof.  The Society will not be liable to pay the vendor any compensation, whether on the grounds of loss of profit or otherwise, or refund any money paid by the vendor in respect of such cancellation.

    INDEMNITY - The Horsham Agricultural Society will not be responsible for any accident which may be caused through or by the vendor or which may happen in connection with his/her business & the vendor shall indemnify the Horsham Agricultural Society against any legal proceedings arising from every such accident.

    PUBLIC LIABILITY - CERTIFICATE OF CURRENCY - A copy of your current Public Liability Policy must be uploaded with the application form, covering the date of the event.

    GENERAL CONDITIONS - All vendors at the 150km Feast's Market in Maydale are required to cooperate with the Horsham Agricultural Society Inc. committee to ensure that they work in a healthy and safe environment.
