Cancellation/Rescheduling:If, for any reason, you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a 48-hour advance notice for cancellations. In the event of no communication or non-attendance at the scheduled virtual assessment for over 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and you'll have to pay for your next consultation. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise and assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
