Confidence and Composure Program
The best way to solve FEAR, REACTIVE, EXCITEMENT and LEASH AGRESSION BEHAVIOURS for ALL dogs.

This group class consists of:
- 1 x 90 min private session or 2 x 45 min private sessions (virtual or in-person)
- 4 group virtual training sessions,
- 3 open discussion sessions (virtual),
- video and resource library access for 12 months, and
- weekly data tracking
Total cost is $899 with the tax included. Once you have completed your registration and your payment has been made, you will receive an email with your class dates, times, Zoom link, login information, etc.

Legal Stuff & Payment

Release of Liability and Acknowledgement of Risk; Vaccination confirmation; Aggression/Bite history; photo/video permission, and Confirmation of consent.
I hereby acknowledge that I am participating in a training for dogs. I further acknowledge that this activity involves an element of risk in both the on leash and off leash exercises. Therefore, I absolve the instructor, assistants, and owners of the premises as well as other participants in the class of responsibility or liability for any accidents of injuries that may result from said activities.*

I acknowledge the above and agree to continue with the class.I confirm that my dog's vaccinations are up to date and in accordance with Ontario laws.I will provide details of my dog's bite history in a separate email/discussion prior to the start of any in-person group work.I am comfortable having my dog wear a muzzle when working in a group in-person setting if it is appropriate. I will discuss any issues with my course instructor.I acknowledge that some sessions may be held outdoors in public spaces and I will abide by city regulations for these locations.I understand that sessions will be held virtually, by phone, via email, shared files for data tracking as well as in-person.All group sessions require a minimum of 3 registrants.I agree to provide full payment for this class and understand that refunds are not available. However, if I cannot continue with this class, I can transfer to another group class within 6 months of my registration.All virtual group classes will be recorded. Private sessions will not unless requested by the client.
PAYMENT ($899 tax included; credit cards not accepted at this time)*

I agree to pay the full amount for my program via email transfer to carolthedogwalker@gmail.com prior to my first session. Note that auto-deposit is enabled and the account name is "Mary Carol Upton" so don't panic.I don't do email transfers so I will make other arrangements for the payment for my program.
Please be advised that you and your dog may be photographed or videotaped during classes or other events with Carol the Dog Trainer. Pictures are the property of Carol Upton (Carol the Dog Trainer) and may be used for promotional material.*
