Welcome to the Great Midwest 7s team application form. The tournament will be held on Saturday, April 11th, AND Sunday, April 12th, 2026 at the Wisconsin Rugby Sports Complex in Cottage Grove, WI. While the Great Midwest Rugby Conference is hosting this event, the tournament is open to all teams. We have expanded both the D2 and D3 brackets this year and thus will be having the D2 competition compete on Saturday, 4/11 and the D3 competition compete on Sunday, 4/12. Both the D2 and D3 competitions are qualifiers for the NCR 7s Collegiate Rugby Championship being held on April 24th-26th in the great Washington DC area. As an NCR qualifier, a PEV form will be required for all teams competing to confirm eligibility of all players. Entry fee is $300 and your spot isn't guaranteed until full payment is made AND this form is filled out with two valid contacts. While paper checks via snail mail are acceptable, preferred methos is via Venmo, PayPal, or ApplePay.
