Welcome to the Great Midwest 7s team application form. The tournament will be held on Saturday, April 12th, 2025 at the Wisconsin Rugby Sports Complex in Cottage Grove, WI. While the Great Midwest Rugby Conference is hosting this event, the tournament is open to all teams. There will be competitions for D2 and D3 and both are qualifiers for the NCR 7s Collegiate Rugby Championship. As an NCR qualifier, a PEV form will be required for all teams competing to confirm eligibility of all players. Entry fee is $300 and your spot isn't guaranteed until full payment is made. While paper checks via snail mail are acceptable, preferred methos is via Venmo, PayPal, or ApplePay.
