PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Big Kat Productions, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my underage children. I hereby grant Big Kat Productions and their legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, family, team, and/or child(ren), or in which myself, family, team, and/or children will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Big Kat Productions and their legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

COPYRIGHT: As a client of Big Kat Productions, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Big Kat Productions, PHOTOGRAPHER; Zion Williams or his representative, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session digital files to print or publish your portraits for your own personal use. The release does not allow selling or altering your images without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.

By signing below you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. You have read this portrait agreement/contract and fully understand the contents thereof. You agree that you have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such.

To secure your spot, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment details will be sent with your confirmation email to secure your selected date. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your session by cash, Cash App, or Zelle.

Your images are so important to us, and we want you to enjoy them as soon as possible! Please note that no photos, including previews, can be shared until the full balance is received.

Life happens—we all understand! If we need to reschedule due to bad weather, illness, or an emergency, we'll work with you to find a new date at our discretion.

After your form is submitted, We'll send you a quick email with payment details and everything you’ll need to know for your session.
