Vendor fee is $50 for OUTDOOR spaces. If you'd like an indoor space, we can send you details. Indoor spaces are reserved for sponsor booths and are a higher fee.

There will not be a refund for vendor fees, however if the event is postponed or cancelled, you will receive a credit for a future event.

This event will be outdoors. Your space will include a 10x10 area. You are responsible for your table, tent, weights(required with a tent-25lb per leg!), etc. Event is 12pm-4pm. Please be ready to go no later than 11:30am. Please do not break down early unless discussed with organizers.

Neither Winston Junction or Woofston Salem Events are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

If you have been selected, please submit vendor payment NO LATER than January 6th ,2025.
