By placing an order with KICKS4U DVO, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
I. No exchange, no cancellation.
Item is confirmed after payment confirmation. Please ensure the accuracy of your order details (design, color, size, etc.) before proceeding.
II. Buyers are required to deposit 30%~50% of the total price as Downpayment upon submitting this form to secure the purchase. Remaining balance is due after the arrival of your item/s in Davao.
III. Confirmation and processing of your order may take up to 7 days. No rushing of orders.
IV. Bogus buyers/joy miners will be banned and publicly exposed on all our social media accounts.
V. We are not held liable should you have made any transaction with other unauthorized parties. For your security, please refrain from engaging or making payments to accounts other than our official page. We cannot be held liable for any fraudulent transactions.
VI. Failure to pay within 7 days from the date of invoice for remaining balance, your downpayment will be automatically forfeited.
VII. We exclusively ship via LBC and do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or Cash on Pickup (COP) services. Kindly refrain from placing an order if you are not willing to wait or if you require the item by a specific date.
VIII. Cancellation or exchange is not allowed once the order is confirmed.
IX. We will only release/ship your order once your remaining balance has been fully paid.
