Note: This will primarily be a plein air workshop. All paints (watercolor and oil) must be placed in checked baggage. We recommend that you assure that they are in double or triple layers of ziplock bags! Enclose in your ziplock bags a clearly legible note saying: “artists colors made from vegetable oil”. If you want to know more check online. No solvents should be taken on an airplane. You will be provided with a supply list well in advance of the workshop. We cannot take any responsibility for your travel arrangements, including lost, delayed, or damaged luggage.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please note that the workshop is organized as an intimate small group experience, with all expenses meticulously allocated. In the event of a registration cancellation, we encounter financial constraints, and as such, your entitlement to a refund is subject to the following conditions:
Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:
- If you cancel your tour and successfully find another traveler to fill your spot.
- If RSA (Renaissance School of Art) is compelled to cancel the tour*
50% Refund
If you cancel your registration before March 1, 2025, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. Additionally, if your payment is limited to the initial deposit only, please be aware that no refunds will be processed in the event of cancellation before March 1, 2025. In such cases, 50% refunds are applicable only to those who have made payments beyond the initial deposit.
No Refund
Please be aware that no refunds will be issued after the 'pay in full' date, which is three months before the trip.
*RSA has the right to cancel the tour if there are too few participants. RSA's liability would be limited to a full refund of the fee paid but will not be responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, such as airline tickets, trip insurance, visa application.
If a traveler doesn't receive her/his traveling documents in time for the trip, RSA will not reimburse any monies to the traveler.
RSA reserves the right to decline, accept or retain at any time, any person as a participant of a tour or to remove any traveler from a tour should RSA determine that the traveler is disruptive to the tour. In that event or if a traveler voluntarily chooses to leave a tour, RSA will not refund any monies to the traveler. If a traveler causes any damages, she/he is the sole person responsible for payment.
We recommend reliable trip insurance. Your policy may cover your loss if your reason for cancellation falls within their policy coverage. You must be satisfied with what the insurance covers - usually illness, delays or lost baggage.
