This form should only be used by new customers of Spot Newspapers with one-off jobs.

Regular customers need a SpotNews account to upload files and place orders.

Artwork files delivered through this form are NOT automatically processed by our prepress software and are therefore delayed.

SpotNews customers that upload regularly should upload their PDF artwork files via either:

the WebApproval interface at proofs.spotnews.com.au using your WebApproval username (email address) and password. Once you have logged in click on the 'Upload Files' button and you will be redirected to the SpotNews FTP web interface to transfer your files.

or directly to the FTP server using an FTP software client (eg. FileZilla) connecting to ftp.spotnews.com.au using your FTP Username (not an email address) and Password. The FTP username and password can be located in the your WebApproval account by clicking on the top left arrow icon and selecting 'My Company'. The username and password are located between the brackets [username][password].
