Please complete the following form before making your bank transfer to pay for your course. Once both are complete you are enrolled and should start attending. You will be added to a coaching WhatsApp group this will keep you posted on term dates and if any lessons are cancelled due to unplayable weather conditions. Please feel free to email any questions. Every September a new form will be sent out to be completed.
