1.1.Fees will be payable in advance on a monthly basis (before the 7th of every month or 3 days before the start of the next classes)
1.2. The sessions take place only by appointment and in case the student/client should not be on time for any appointment, the session will end at the scheduled time, to avoid impediment of the programmed sessions of other students/clients of the Lodestone Centre of Achievements.
1.3.In the event the student is unable to attend a particular session, the session will be cancelled. There will be no replacement unless we are notified two days in advance , however there an exceptions for Medical Emergencies with MC's(Medical Certification) provided.
1.4.However if there are more than two (2) notified events of abseenteism in any one particular month, only the first two sessions will be replaced. Replacement classes will not be carried forward from one
1.5. There will be no deduction of fees for sessions not attended. Neither will there be any refund, in full month to the next. or partial, of fees paid if the student/client decides to discontinue programme.
1.6.Sessions continue on Public Holidays and unless mentioned thereof. However if the student misses more than two sessions due to a public holiday in a particular month, sessions will be replaced and a new time slot will be given by The Lodestone.
1.7 Late payment fees will apply if payments delay more beyond Due Date of payments. Late payment Fee of RM 10 per day will be imposed on late payments.
