All individuals employed by an ACCME defined ineligible company must register as an "Industry Representative" and pay the corresponding registration fee to register for the conferences organized by the Binaytara Foundation.

Refund Policy:
Registration fee is non-refundable. However, the Binaytara Foundation may issue a registration fee credit (to be used for future registrations) in some extraordinary circumstances if the scope of the educational activity for which the registration fee was paid changes (for example: the meeting dates are changed, the meeting format is changed from in-person to virtual and vise-versa, or the activity has been canceled), and the exhibitor is not able to participate in the meeting as a result of that change of scope. No refund or credit will be issued if the registered individual is unable to participate in the meeting for any reasons beyond the control of the Binaytara Foundation including technical issues, health, weather, missed flights, family emergencies, or other changes in circumstances.

Change of Scope: The Binaytara Foundation will make every effort to notify participants immediately when the decisions to change the scope of any meeting is made. These change of scope notifications will be sent via email to the email address used to register for the meeting It is the responsibility of the representative to ensure that their email system is configured to accept email communications from the Binaytara Foundation.
Attend Only Registration Terms & Conditions:
Employees of companies that have not purchased an exhibit space or are not a sponsor of the conference should refrain from interacting with healthcare provider attendees outside of the main meeting room. This applies to ALL interactions except for asking content-relevant questions to faculty inside the meeting room where the CME accredited activity takes place. Please do not engage in product promotion activity with any attendee or faculty of the conference.
If your company has not purcahsed an exhibit space or sponsorship, and you engage in any promotional activity, including but not limited to introducing yourself to healthcare providers as an employee of the company, handing out business cards, and product brochures/flyers, setting up visits/appoitnments, inviting them to promotional talks, etc. we will invoice YOU for the full cost of a premium exhibit table.
If your company has not purcahsed an exhibit space or sponsorship, please limit your interaction with healthcare provider attending this conference to "hello" only if you know the provider. If the provider engages in conversation about your product, please let them know that you do not have marketing privilege at the meeting, and that you will schedule another time to speak with them. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in being banned from all future conferences.
Employees of companies who are not exhibiting or sponsorsing the conference may not enter the exhibit area. The exhibit area is ONLY for exhibitors and sponsors to engage in sales activity. Many of our conferences have meals placed in exhibit hall, if the meal is placed in the exhibit hall, you will need to make alternative arrangements for your meals as you will not be provided meals by the meeting.
