As we approach the end of the academic year filled with promise and potential, the Florida PTA is excited to announce the launch of our annual scholarship program. This program recognizes and supports outstanding students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and community service.

The application window is now open and will remain so until February 28th, 2025.

We encourage all 12th-grade students to take advantage of this opportunity to showcase their achievements and aspirations. Every application will be thoroughly reviewed by the Florida PTA Scholarship Committee, which comprises of dedicated education professionals, parents, and community leaders.

We are committed to fostering educational aspirations, as demonstrated by the announcement of scholarship recipients, which will be made no later than the first week of June 2025.

An optional presentation ceremony will be held at the Florida PTA Annual Leadership Convention to celebrate the accomplishments of the scholarship recipients. The event will take place at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, providing the perfect backdrop for acknowledging the remarkable achievements of our scholarship recipients.

Application Requirements:
- Must be a Florida PTA Member
- Must include a High school transcript showing a GPA of at least 2.5
- Submit a Letter of Recommendation from a member of your community (i.e., high school staff member, mentor, community leader, guidance counselor or employer)
- Submit a completed and signed application by February 28th, 2025
- Incomplete applications will not be considered
