    APPLICATION: This is an application and not a confirmation of registration or admittance as an exhibitor for the DBQ Bridal Expo. We will do our due dilligence to ensure all businesses who are accepted are legit and have a positive reputation. We will check reviews online and through social media before confirming acceptance into the event. We will limit the number of businesses for each category to ensure we have a wide range of offerings at the expo. Categories include, but are not limited to; Venues, Apparel and Accessories, Food & Beverage, Flowers & Decorations, Gifts & Entertainment, Photography/Videography/Photo Booths, Transportation, Jewelry, Music, Salon & Spa, Travel, Entertainment, and more.

    Once we review and accept the application, We will send a contract to be signed, including request for payment. the signed contract and full payment must be received within 5 business days upon issuing the contract. If payment is not received, the application will be forfeited. Once payment is received you will receive confirmation that your space is reserved. No refunds/No transfers/No exchanges.

    FOOD & DRINKS: The Five Flags Center will not have concessions for the event but there will be a cash bar and food trucks available. Businesses who serve food & beverages are strongly encouraged to bring/serve samples.

    MARKETING & ADVERTISING: We are securing advertising with many of the local print and digital agencies to include, but not limited to: the local radio stations, surrounding print publications, Social Media, print fliers, and word of mouth. Marketing, Advertising, and Promotional Materials are subject to change.

    EXHIBITOR DRAWING/GIVEAWAYS/PRIZES: All exhibitors are asked to provide a minimum of $50 value or more item(s)/gifts to giveaway the day of the event. This can be specific to your products and/or services, but it is not required. 

    A specified dollar amount and/or gift certificates for products and services are acceptable as long as you offer products and/or services in the amount of the certificate. No contingencies are allowed on the giveaways. That means you cannot require the winner to purchase something to redeem their prize/gift from your business.

    PLEASE NOTE: If you offer a VIP Prize Package and/or Grand Prize Package, you will NOT be required to do an additional drawing at your booth unless you choose to.  

    SET UP: All Exhibitors within a 30 mile radius of Five Flags will be asked to set up Saturday 4/6/24 between 1-5pm. All doors (front, side, and back doors, including the loading dock) will be open and available for unloading and loading on 4/6 and 4/7/24.
