This agreement releases Art Play Learn LLC from all liability relating to injuries that may occur while I or my guests are participating in events. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Art Play Learn LIC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.I also acknowledge the risks involved in playing and partying. These include but are not limited to accidental injury due to misuse or malfunction of equipment, misunderstanding of or not following instructions, personal vulnerabilities, actions undertaken by other participants, volunteers or people not connected to Art Play Learn, or the spread of communicable diseases. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.I understand that anybody who enters Art Play Learn's site may be recorded on audio and video for security and fully grant permission to Art Play Learn to record the audio and video of my family and any friends who accompany us on the premises. Art Play Learn may use our images for promotional purposes.By signing below, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Art Play Learn LLC for any reason. In return, I will receive entertainment or room rental. I, and my guests, and any other vendors who may be present will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. We will ask for clarification when needed.
