P.D.F.A Grooming Stall Rental
All rented stalls will have electric at no extra charge and running water nearby. Stalls requested to be unlocked the day or night prior for setup will be charged an additional day. Otherwise the stall will be opened at 6am day ofrental.

NO TRAILERS ALLOWED IN STALL AREA.

Arrive early to unload so you can have time to move your automobile before the show begins.

Reservations open: December 1, 2025

Reservations close: February 13, 2026

Refunds will not be available after February 11, 2026

Reservations will be on a FIRST-PAID basis.

Only one automobile admission per stall is included in stall pricing. Additional automobiles associated with stalls will have a $5.00 admission fee per day.

You will be able to rent a stall upon arrival if all stalls have not yet been reserved.

Stalls go fast, we recommend reserving early.

Stalls requested to be opened the day or night prior for setup will be charged another days fee. Otherwise, stalls will be opened at 6am on the day of rental.
If you have an inside corridor stall you MUST unload and load on either end of the barns.

Automobiles are NOT ALLOWED in the alleyway of the inside corridor stall areas.

To park close to but not next to your stall you can ask for an "outside open alley stall near RV lot (barn 3.) You can park in the grass and walk across the pavement to your stall. THESE ARE LIMITED

After you have unloaded you MUST move your vehicle to an approved parking lot. This could be in the front paved spectator parking area, grassy day parking area, or the grassy overnight parking area.

We will try to provide assistance to help you with unloading and loading.

A chain will be provided for each rented stall, but you MUST bring your own lock if you wish to secure your stall(s).

Wash bays are available for use.

All stalls are covered.

DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE LEFT IN STALLS OVERNIGHT!

FEES for 12x12 Stall:

1 day: $30.00

2 days: $45.00

3 days: $60.00

4 days: $75.00

5 days: $94.00
