  • This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on , between Ojai + Fox, hereinafter referred to as the "Spa," and the undersigned member, hereinafter referred to as the "Member." This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the VIP Fox Membership.

    VIP Fox Membership

    Monthly Rate: $100

    MEMBERSHIP PERKS:

    The Member is entitled to the following benefits during the membership term:

    Monthly Foxy Credit: The Member will receive a $100 credit each month to be used for spa services and retail products within the billing cycle.

    Sassy Savings: Access to exclusive member pricing on all spa and wellness services.

    Retail Therapy: A 20% discount on all retail purchases at the Spa.

    Front-Row Access: Priority booking for last-minute cancellations and model training sessions at a 50% discount.

    VIP Events: Priority RSVPs and special member pricing for spa events and workshops.

    MEMBERSHIP TERMS:

    Exclusions: The discounts provided under this membership do not apply to already discounted packages, promotional retail items, services with existing discounts, or to gift card purchases.

    Non-Transferable: Membership pricing is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

    Credit Usage: The $100 monthly credit does not roll over and must be utilized within each billing cycle.

    Commitment: The initial membership term is for a minimum of 6 months, with the option to continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter.

    4. CANCELLATION:

    To cancel the VIP Fox Membership after the initial 6-month commitment, the Member must send an email request to summer@ojaifoxspa.com at least 10 days before the next billing cycle. Membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

    In the event of early cancellation, any discounts received during the membership term must be repaid by the Member.

    PAYMENT:

    The Member's credit card will be charged $100 each month for membership dues.

    If the Member's credit card is declined, a $25 reinstatement service fee will be charged if the issue is not resolved within 24 hours.

    MODIFICATIONS:

    The Spa reserves the right to modify the terms and benefits of the VIP Fox Membership with notice to the Member.

    ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Spa and the Member and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

    GOVERNING LAW:

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California/Ventura County.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this VIP Fox Membership Agreement as of the date first above written.

    Cancellation: To bid adieu to the VIP Fox Membership after the initial 6-month commitment, simply send an email request to summer@ojaifoxspa.com at least 10 days before the next billing cycle. You'll still enjoy the VIP treatment for the remainder of your current cycle. If you decide to leave us early, any discounts you've received must be repaid - we want to keep things fair and fabulous!

    Payment Oops: If your credit card decides to play coy and gets declined, a $25 reinstatement service fee will be charged if it's not resolved within 24 hours.
