The Association for Historical Dialogue and Research (AHDR) is organizing a conference entitled “Peace Mapping: Creating Spaces for Peace Education in Schools” for head teachers and vice principals who wish to increase their knowledge on peace education. This conference will bring together scholars and practitioners from Cyprus and abroad to discuss ways in which school leadership can create spaces for dealing with controversial issues and combating stereotypes, racism and extremism in the school environment and encourage reflection on the participants’ current practices.The conference will be moderated by Dr. Elena Papamichael.
