With our Coastal Child Care App, it provides the flexibility many babysitters search for! Because our team members have the options when to work, and what openings to pick up, they are considered to create their own schedule. They are also given the flexibility to accept babysitting, pet care, and tutoring services. Because of this some of our team members are considered independent contractors. All App sitters are on payroll as independent contractors and will receive 1099 tax forms. If you are not familiar with being a 10-99 Independent Contractor, do not worry! Coastal Child Care requires all of our childcare providers to be CPR certified. If you are not currently CPR certified, this will not effect your hiring process. We can send you a link for an online class. However, a non-expired CPR certification is required before you are able to accept any shifts or family placement.
