To support job transformation through job redesign, Workforce Singapore (WSG) has partnered with the Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL) to offer the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) supporting both New Hires and Job Reskilling and Redesign for the Built Environment (BE) sector.
The CCP aims to reskill individuals transitioning into new or redesigned roles, and provides support to employers through:
- Up to 3 months of salary support for existing employees undergoing job reskilling and redesign
- Up to 6 months of salary support for new hires
- 70% or 90% salary support (depending on eligibility) for new hire or converting existing employee roles into growth job roles aligned with the Built Environment Industry Transformation Map
