BY FILLING OUT THIS FORM, AND IN CONSIDERATION OF interStellar Nannies LLC PERMITTING THE UNDERSIGNED TO USE THE AGREEMENT TEMPLATE ONLY FOR THE PURPOSES DESCRIBED HEREIN, THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY AGREES THAT interStellar Nannies LLC SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATIONS TO THE UNDERSIGNED OR ANY PARTIES PARTICIPATING IN OR ANY OTHER PARTIES TO THE AMGREEMENT TEMPLATE, ADDITIONALLY, THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY FULLY WAIVES AND RELEASES interStellar Nannies LLC, AND ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS AND DIRECTORS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHETHER UNDER FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL LAW ARISING OUT OF DAMAGE CAUSED AS A RESULT OF THE UNDERSIGNED’S USE OF THE AGREEMENT TEMPLATE. THE RELEASES, WAIVERS AND PROMISES SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL BE BINDING UPON AND SHALL INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF SUCH PARTIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, SUBCONTRACTORS, AGENTS, HEIRS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS.
