To register your child for any of our Preschool, Young Fives or Kindergarten classes and Extended Care, please complete this form.

If you need to register more than one child, you will need to complete the form again.

The deposit amount for a class is $55. The deposit amount for Extended Care is $25. You may make your payment at the end of this form with a credit card or submit cash or check at either office.

Your deposit is due within 10 business days of registration.

Please note: your child's spot in a class or extended care will not be confirmed until the registration is complete and the deposit and birth certificate are received.

A birth certificate is required for all NEW students to LCS. Please upload a PDF or .jpg file of your child's birth certificate. If your child is currently a student at Legacy Christian, you may skip this step.

A Registration Fee is required to secure your spot. We accept credit card, cash or check. Cash or check can be submitted at either office.

Without a deposit, your child's spot will only be held for 10 business days.

Please note your deposit includes a $5 administrative fee.
