Enrolment Terms & Conditions
1. By accepting these terms, the participant agrees to pay the course fees (including VAT) for their chosen course at the time of enrolment.
2. There are no subject or course pre-requisites for entry into our courses. However, our courses are generally intended for people over the age of 18. Enrolments from younger people may be considered in some circumstances.
3. Course fees in full, or the first instalment of standard payment plans, must be paid on enrolment for the application to be considered.
4. Intemind International reserves the right to reject any application for enrolment.
5. All enrolment fees, course fees, and part course fees are non-refundable.
6. Courses taught by Intemind International are independently accredited and are not government-accredited. Our courses do not lead to a Higher Education Award.
7. In special circumstances, such as a personal crisis or illness case, students may defer their training course to a later date. Such arrangements need to be approved by the Intemind International and can only be considered if the course has not already expired, and the student is still under contract.
8. If your application for enrolment is accepted, you will be sent a welcome email and information about starting your training course within 1-5 business days.
9. If your application for enrolment is not accepted for any reason, any payment you have made will be refunded in full.
10. Course fees are in British Pounds and are correct as of 04/11/2023 and may change without notice.
11. All assessments must be submitted electronically. Students must submit 100% of all coursework submissions and receive a minimum of 75% overall mark to pass their chosen course.
12. Students are expected to complete their course within the allocated time-frame set by Intemind International. Extensions can only be considered if the course has not already expired. Student requests for course extensions (max 12 weeks) will only be considered if the student has made consistent progress on their course.
13. Students who have paid for their course in full can transfer to a course of equal or lesser value. A £297.00 transfer fee applies. No refunds will be issued for any difference in the course price. Students who have enrolled with a payment plan can transfer to a course of equal or lesser value; however, students must continue to pay their original payment plan; in other words, your existing payment plan course total will not change in price.
14. Intemind International Limited reserves the right to withdraw any student who uses offensive or disruptive behaviour towards staff and trainers. If this occurs, students are obliged to pay any outstanding fees owed and are not eligible for any refunds.
15. Our courses are not recommended for people diagnosed with a mental health disorder as some activities may cause emotional triggers. In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are stating that you are not aware of any mental health disorders and that you are not currently receiving treatment for a mental health disorder.
16. While all care and due diligence are taken, please be advised that in the unlikely event that any harm or injury is caused by the practical application of any information or instruction supplied, Intemind International Limited, their employees, and representatives can accept no liability. The information supplied is not intended to replace medical advice.
17. Payment Obligation for Payment Plans:
Participants enrolling in a course through a payment plan agree to fulfill their financial commitment even if they choose to discontinue the course before its completion. All payments made as part of the payment plan are non-refundable, and the participant is responsible for paying the full course fees, including any remaining instalments, regardless of their course progress or completion status.
For your enrolment to be accepted, a full payment or payment of your deposit must be made along with submitting this enrolment form. Once you submit your enrolment form, you will be redirected to Stripe to make your payment. If you do not wish to pay via Stripe, please submit this form and contact us ASAP so we can give you an optional payment option to secure your spot.
Once we receive your enrolment form and payment, we will email you to confirm your enrolment. If you are paying your course via a payment plan, your payments will be deducted automatically each month until the course has been fully paid, starting with the first installment in the same month as the course begins.
