Welcome to Maydale Reserve on Horsham Showgrounds. This area on the east side of the showgrounds is owned and managed by the Horsham Agricultural Society. It is bordered by large pavilions and vintage stables with wide open spaces overlooking the Wimmera River and is pet friendly (please clean up doggy do!). A walking track along the river includes a 5km loop and a quarter the way along takes you to the end of the main street, which is a relatively short walk past the botanic gardens.
Our facilities while rustic are also humble except for our new accessible (the term for disabled) toilets. However, our showers don't meet industry standards for accessibility but the water is hot when needed!
All visitors are requested to check in at the office in Maydale Pavilion during business hours or by phone after hours.
Powered sites (15amp) are in all areas but are limited.
Area A - 10 (one with water)
Area B - 16
Area C - 13 (one with water)
Site fees:
- $27.50 powered site
- $16.50 unpowered site
