The New Hartford School District Foundation accepts requests for advertisements in event programs. Funding is provided on a first come, first serve basis within the foundations alloted annual advertising budget.
Funding Eligibility:
- School Affiliation: Funding requests will only be considered for activities directly affiliated with the school. This includes officially recognized clubs, sports teams, and other school-sanctioned initiatives.
- Educational Enhancement: Proposed activities or projects must contribute to the enrichment of the educational experience of students, aligning with the academic goals and values of the school.
- Compliance with School Policies: All activities and initiatives seeking funding must adhere to the established policies and guidelines of the school, ensuring they align with the overall mission and values.
Exclusions:
- Personal or Individual Requests: Funds will not be allocated for personal endeavors, individual competitions, or any activities that do not directly benefit the school community as a whole.
- Non-School Sanctioned Initiatives: Activities that are not officially recognized or endorsed by the school, or those that operate independently of school oversight, are not eligible for funding.
